💨 Choose the Right Location: Find a comfortable, safe and, ideally, secluded spot. Make sure you’re not breaking any local rules or laws by smoking in that location.
💨 Be Weather-Wise: Check the weather forecast. Wind can make lighting up a challenge, and rain can dampen your stash (literally and figuratively).
Smoke responsibly and respect your surroundings.

As humans, we sometimes wish we had powers that could make our lives easier to protect us from different types of danger. One of the abilities that I wish I have is the power to read minds, or see the future. In my case I wish that I could forecast a 30 second preview of every person I’ve met, so I could know what I’m getting myself involved in.
Just imagine being able to see someone’s entire life story in just 30 seconds. You could instantly know their past, their present, and even their future. You could see their strengths, and weaknesses, their bad habits and good intentions. You could avoid people who would harm you and embrace those who would help you.
But is this type of power even desirable? There are many reasons why knowing too much about someone could be detrimental to our relationships with them. For one it could rob us of the joy of getting to know someone organically. Part of the excitement of meeting someone new is discovering who they are over time. If we already know everything about them that sense of discovery is lost.
Secondly people are not static beings. They change over time, and someone’s past does not necessarily determine their future. Someone who may have made mistakes in the past can still be a good person today, and vice versa. If we judge people solely on their past we might miss out on great relationships and opportunities.
Such great power like this could make me overly cautious and paranoid. I can become preoccupied protecting myself from others, I could forget to enjoy life and take risk. I could also miss out on great experiences and friendships because I would be afraid of the unknown.
While I think it’s understandable to wish for the ability to forecast a 30-second preview of every person I’ve met, this immense amount of power might not be as desirable as it seems. It’s always going to be more important to approach relationships with an open mind and willingness to learn and grow alongside the people that we meet. Let me know your thoughts on this.
If I’m going cross country, it would be by Air because of time constraints along with being a mobile person. If the trip is over a thousand miles, it would have to be air travel because if you’re going on vacation, you don’t want to spend one of your vacation days getting there and another getting back. If you have to travel a great distance, air is best.
My second choice would be by car only because if I’m in the right vehicle, the roads are endless, and there is no limit to where I can drive. If traveling with multiple people, my first choice would be a luxury sports car or SUV like the Cadillac Escalade or one of their big sedans. If it’s just me, I would prefer the Corvette because I love the rumble of the car going down the road, plus you get to see the countryside view as you drive.
Overall the choice is up to the travelers and their preferences and how the circumstances make sense to them regarding their mode of travel. However, it’s all about the satisfaction of settling in once you reach your destination.
I can lose myself whenever I get involved in cooking. I combine all the ingredients and can almost imagine what it will taste like. Cooking is an art, you either have it, or you don’t. I mess around with seasoning my food for flavor, and I do my best to time it just right, especially with certain meats because it’s a very fine line when it’s just perfect, or overcooked and dried out. I try very hard not to get distracted during the cooking process so that it comes out near perfect each time. It’s very easy to lose yourself in the process because there are so many steps involved from start to finish.
The last thing I learned about money is how to budget and not go over that budget. Still, it’s so different when you are running a business because there are so many unforeseen circumstances that can eat up the reserves that you’ve already saved. What I learned from this is you have to be proactive every day about every function in the business to protect you from those expensive surprises that will cost you later.
I’ve watched the Rock movie over and over. This movie has lots of star power, with many things happening. The storyline is excellent, and every time I watch it, I pick up on something in the scenes that I missed from watching it before. Love this movie!
